| Jeffrey Hollis has nearly ten years of real estate experience and serves as broker for Heritage Land & Timber LLC. His knowledge of hunting, fishing, and love for the outdoors led him to specialize in recreational real estate.A native of Dothan, Alabama, Jeffrey developed his passion for the outdoors at the age of 10 when he was introduced to squirrel hunting by his father and grandfather. From that first encounter his interests expanded and the challenges intensified. Jeffrey has more than 20 years experience hunting, fishing, guiding, calling ducks and geese traveling down the Mississippi flyway in Arkansas and the Mississippi Delta. Jeffrey also enjoys hunting wild turkeys throughout Mississippi, Missouri, and Alabama. His angling includes an array of freshwater lakes and streams throughout the southeast as well as deep sea fishing in the Gulf of Mexico. Jeffrey delayed his college entry to pursue an opportunity as a wrangler in Shawnee, Colorado. He led guests on overnight camping trips, horseback riding adventures, white-water rafting trips, and fly-fishing expeditions on the North Fork of the South Platte River in Colorado and the Provo River in Utah. Jeffrey attended the University of Alabama where he was chairman of the first Ducks Unlimited chapter. He also was Chairman of the first Delta Waterfowl chapter for the Oxford-University of Mississippi area in 2004. Jeffrey's professional practice includes marketing residential, commercial and recreational properties. Jeffrey has extensive knowledge relating to 1031 tax exchanges, CRP, WRP, and other investment opportunities. The partnership with Cabela's Trophy Properties, LLC, allows Jeffrey to combine his two passions- real estate and the outdoors. Jeffrey provides his clients with sound advice and professional services for managing their real estate investments. |
